The neighborhood also includes a centrally located school: Woodbridge Farms Elementary School. The school services children from Kindergarten through Grade 6.

Those who love to golf will be pleased to know that Woodbridge Farms is adjacent to the Broadmoor Public Golf Course. The 18-hole course includes many beautiful views and a challenging play. At Broadmoor you can also enjoy the driving range and the clubhouse. For avid golfers, nothing could be more convenient than being across from the golf course.

When it comes time for residents to do their daily shopping, they will find themselves only a short distance from the main shopping plaza in Sherwood Park. Minutes away on Sherwood Drive, residents can enjoy the following community highlights:

Baseline Road leads to the downtown core. Highway 16 provides a convenient link to the north end of Edmonton, and Highway 630 offers residents a convenient access to southern Edmonton.
