Success doesn’t happen automatically. When you start as a new REALTOR® we know there is a lot of ground to cover and we have a plan on how to get you started. The first step is to bring you up to speed with current practices that are being used by successful Agents. Our Launch Pad training program is geared towards new Agents who are getting started. The program covers the basics of making a business plan, how to prospect for new clients and generate leads, how to prepare a comparative market analysis with todays tools, working with buyers and buyer representation, listing a property for sale and marketing it to potential buyers, and maintaing balance with work and personal life.

Next we offer the “Leaders Edge” sales training program which is a ½ day class one day a week for 12 weeks. In this course you’ll learn basic Real Estate prospecting, negotiations, listing presentations, and client data base management.

For experienced agents we are offering the Buffini Peak Producers Program which is considered the premium Real Estate sales training program in North America.

Our head office has a comfortable training room designed for small classes to give students a place to meet and share their experiences.

Outside of our in house training we bring in professional trainers, Top Producing Agents who share their sucess stories, and the Royal LePage Learning Services workshops.

We also strive to keep our REALTORS® up to date with regulatory changes, advances in technology, and new sales techniques at our weekly sales meetings.
