If you were going to pick an area to live based on just the name, Silver Berry might be the one you would choose.

  • Silver Berry is almost as lovely as its name and it’s a relatively new neighbourhood.   It’s located east of Mill Woods between 17th Street and 34th Street.  The area was used for farming prior to urban development. The bordering Mill Creek ravine was wisely left in its natural state.

  • Like many newer neighbourhoods, Silver Berry is home to a younger population.  Close to 90% of the residents are under the age of 60.
