Lewis Farms, in the west end of the city, is made up of 8 distinct neighbourhoods and provides an incredibly large selection of listings, with a wide variety of amenities.

 Hamptons, Suder Greens, Granville.

  • The area was established in 1988 and has seen thoughtful, ongoing development ever since.  Interesting fact…neighbourhoods in Lewis Farms are named after early pioneers in the Edmonton area. Housing options vary between apartment-style condos, duplexes, single family homes, and estate properties. Some of the landscaping features include ponds, a golf course, school sites and an interconnected pedestrian trail system.

  • Easy access to Lewis Farms is available via the Anthony Henday and Whitemud roadways.  In addition, a Transit Centre located just off of the Henday, features a park & ride, a passenger drop off area, public washrooms, and a large shelter.  Financial, dining, entertainment, medical and dental options are all readily available. The Misericordia Hospital and of course, West Edmonton Mall, are just down the road.

  • So if we look at the Hamptons, as an example, we see the average listing price in the $419,000 range, with the majority of residents under the age of 40.  Suder Greens comes in at $436,000 with over half the residents under 40 years of age, while the Granville neighbourhood average listing is $451,000 with a whopping  80% under  age 40. And the sheer geographic size of the area ensures there is always a healthy inventory of listings to review.
